Dear Orange,
i really hate pw. WHy must it be a year long when everyone is in agony? Hai. But i guess we can struggle through this last lap. The very last, thank god. PW have brought out the very serious side of me. I guess I look extremely grim and stressed out during pw meeting. Thats because i take it seriously. I totally don't understand why some ppl can just sit down there and remain silent for ALL meetings and say that we're talking rubbish? How can someone just not put in effort at all when PW is what we call groupwork?
OK enough of PW.
Alot happened during the weekends.=)
Saturday
Went for dance in the morning. It was extremely exhausting. Learnt the hiphop streetfest item. COOL!! I LOVE HIPHOP! Then when practice ended, went back to the nanyang girls' hostel with Vanessa. We changed and headed to city hall. Met Erning and her boyfriend. Haha it was really funny..both of them were sitting at the stairs waiting for us to come. Damn Obiang. Brought them to the South Beach exhibition site then me and vanessa headed for lunch. Was famished. After the late lunch, we went back to south beach to look at the pieces. Haha..van was super excited! Jianqing was volunteering as a guide there too. Haha..JQ and i both agree that Erning's bf quite gong..haha..
At 5 plus, we headed off to the city hall exhibition site. Me and van bought a new combo drink! First the aunty put a layer of pearl at the bottom, then some beancurd, then another layer of pearl at the top, then poured in some soyamilk. It tasted good!
The city hall building is actually a court no longer in use. The intricate design of the building really thrills me..those gigantic pillars, majestic doors with the merlion head as the handle of the doors! The interior is equally beautiful! The judges chambers are spacious and full of wooden cupboards, possibly to hang the judges' cloaks. The floor is properly carpeted and best of all, the whole place is airconditioned! Unlike south beach.
Then there's this huge room with transparent and window length curtains and comfortable sofas for us to sit on and relax! And the most happy thing is..there is a wall with half-length mirrors!! Me and van practice the hiphop item for almost one hour! Alot of ppl walked past and looked at us with weird expressions but i don't care!! I love dancing!! We hardly have the luxury of having mirrors to look at the way we dance!=D We were so engrossed in dancing that we forgot the time while Erning and her bf just sat at the sofa and rest.
We had less than an hour left to look at the art pieces. There are alot of nice ones!! The best is the one with the map of Singapore sprawled over the floor! The image is provided by google earth i think. The witty Erning found RVHS right away. I had a hard time spotting my house. Found NJC though.. and me and van wrote some notes there. I wrote,"I love hip hop!" haha!!=D
Then it was time to go home. Van went home by bus. Me and Erning then met JQ. We took mrt home together! It has been a long time since we got together! Hahah.. the 3 of us decided to jian fei togther! yes! Jiayou!=D
Sunday
Energy audit! We went door to door to check on the E-track devices and to do surveys. Imust say the people around the neighbourhood are generally friendly. Quite a few invited us to sit down and have a drink. I am thankful for that!=D Then theres this family of four, all wearing the same shirt. Oh wow!! I felt a very homey feeling when i was in their house haha.. Then there were cute little boy boys! Huiyong kept saying im a phaedopile!=( i am not! i just like kids thats all..i don't abduct them!
Oh..and there there was this block full of cats and birds!! I was horrifyed when a black cat with yellow evil eyes approached me! OmG! Then there were two other cats roaming around! I was screaming and hopping around!
Haha..then we had MACs for lunch! Today was a rather good experience, i must say!
At 2 plus, went off for PW at woodlands library. I lost my way while walking to the lrt. ahah..i don't have any sense of direction!
Monday
Learnt hip hop dance for PE! Very fun! Had hiphop prac after school! Yes!! I enjoyed myself although its tiring. Was deadbeat when i got home. Did PW AGAIN! And slept.
Tuesday
Cannot Tahan le. Wrote a note to mummy not to wake me up. I am so not going to school
Was having a headache when i woke up at 9plus. Now still feeling giddy. how??
Tmr's the results! I really hope not to get retained!
